    Er begge bøkene om kokosolje?
    Jeg skal prøve å oversette til spansk innen fredag for å forklare min PT som skal stille i fitness om 2 mnd at kokosolje er BRA! Det eneste fettet hans spiser om dagen er olivenolje. Og han holder på å "deffe".
    Jeg trenger med andre ord god info om kokosolje.. har en del notater men tips meg gjerne om du har noe du spesielt syns er bra!!!!

    Lunsjen ser utrolig nam ut forresten. Savner upasteurisert rømme! Det er sååååå godt!
