Det var SÅ kjekt å møte deg i dag, endelig noen man
kan dele sine sære sider av seg selv med. Tiden går så alt for fort når
man har mye spennende å snakke om! Ser frem til fortsettelsen tror vi
kan nå langt med dette. Og takk for smaksprøver av både det ene og det
andre - etter at sistemann er i seng skal jeg sette meg ned og studere
kefirinnlegget ditt og se hvordan de dyrebare korna kan utvikle seg.
Hjortekjøttet pluss ekstra lammebein er allerede i hus, så vi får ta et
kjøttmøte neste uke:-)
I lige måde. Jeg er så glad over å ha møtt
mennesker som tenker nogenlunde likt som meg omkring mat og omkring hva
som skal til for å få en god helse. Takk til deg også for surkål og
surdeigsbase. Nå gleder jeg meg til å teste ut brød og evt knekkebrød.
Jeg må løpe ut og kjøpe fryser før vi møtes igjen!!!! Lykke til med
kefirlaging. Jeg ser at jeg bestilte kefirkultur fra danmark da jeg
bestilte youghurtapparat, så da skal jeg prøve å kjøre to prosesser for å

Vet dere, det er ikke vi som vil ha sunn og nærende
mat for oss selv og barna som er sære, men folk flest som gir blanke
blaffen, Det er jo vi som tenker, og holder oss til det som er naturlig
og logisk, og ikke minst dokumentert både historisk så vel som
vitenskapelig. Vi går mot strømmen, men kun fordi strømmen består av
mennesker som ikke tenker selv, men bare gjør som alle andre og tror at
det er slik det skal være.

Syns det er fascinerende at når man fokuserer på noen spesielt, så dukker det liksom opp over alt. I det man leser, folk man møter, ja, også der man minst venter det. Man er liksom i en strøm som renner riktig vei, og om man bare tør flyte, henge seg på, ikke stoppe opp og ikke kjempe i mot som man kan ha så lett for. Ja, så går ting akkurat som de skal. Framover, i helt riktig retning!

Å så fint! Jeg liker på FB med en gang. Som
tidligere sagt: Kefiren laget fra kulturen i Danmark er supergod. Og om
du ikke rører i den før du drikker den, så er den tykk som en
rømmekolle. Vi auser den opp i store klumper. Etter litt skiller mysen
seg ut, og da er det kanskje lekrest å vispe den sammen før man drikker
den. Men hos oss er mysen også populær som tørstedrikke. ( om sommeren
dette blir gjort da. ) Jeg kommenterte tidligere at jeg gjerne ville bli
med og hente melk på Lysaker, og det vil jeg! Men reiser bort i påsken,
så det må bli etterpå i en mammauke! Mener jeg har sett mailadressen
din her inne et sted, men fant den ikke igjen. God påske til alle dere
matmamser og papser!
Det May forteller er riktig, men avhenger av at
kefiren står i beholder som ikke har lokk, da kullsyredannelsen ellers
presser kaseinet/ostemassen til toppen, mens mysen er underst.
Bruker man imidlertid kefiren før den er helt ferdig blir det som May sier, selv med lokk på, da kullsyredannelsen enda ikke har blitt stor nok til å løfte kaseinet.
Marianne, høres ut som om du opplever hva man pleier å kalle tankens kraft. Eller egentlig, om jeg også skal få lov til å være litt dyp her på nattestider, så er det du som bevissthet (sjel om du vil) som snakker med deg selv som fysisk person, gjennom det du som fysisk person oppfatter som utenfor deg, altså din omverden. Når du som fysisk person er i kontakt med deg selv som bevissthet, klinger du med ditt livs rytme, med den egentlige "planen" du som bevissthet har for akkurat deg som fysisk personlighet i denne tilværelsen. Da føles livet ditt på en måte som om det lever sitt eget liv, og som om det strømmer mot noe du vet intuitivt vil gi deg bedre muligheter til å oppleve verdifullbyrdelse. Og til å våkne enda litt mer til mirakelet det egentlig er å oppleve og erfare deg selv og din virkelighet gjennom en tilsynelatende fysisk form..

Enig, et al, concluded that the data actually showed vegetable oils and trans-fatty acids to be the culprits in both cancer and heart disease--not naturally saturated fats that people have been eating for millennia. In the ensuing years, Enig and her colleagues focused their work on determining the trans-fatty acid content of various food items, as well as publishing research that clearly demonstrated TFA's to be potent carcinogens, prime factors in heart disease, disruptors of immune function, and worse.

Fermentation is one of the earliest natural processes involving food and its preservation that humans sought to control. Fermentation is one of the earliest natural processes involving food and its preservation that humans sought to control.
