Tradisjonskost 22. nov 2014

  1. Så gøy :-)
    Trodde ikke blodpannekaker eksisterte i Norge, men det er godt kjent her i syd.
    Det var det første samboeren min spurte om når vi skulle slakte høner for første gang,
    riktignok lages de salte med hvitløk så altså ikke noe dessert...
    Skal prøve å få tak i litt blod igjen, litt stopp i slakting og egne dyr etter flytinga, men det skal på plass igjen :-)

    1. Veldig gøy :)
      Blodpannekaker eksisterer i aller høyeste grad i Norge, men blodmat var nok mer vanlig "før i tiden". De mer tradisjonelle oppskriftene inneholder rugmel og talg, og jeg fikk alltid servert blodpannekaker og blodpudding med god gammeldags sirup.

      Har lest litt om ulike tradisjoner rundt blodmat, og mener jeg leste at de nordiske landene har en mer søtlig tilnærming enn lengre sør i Europa. Spennende tanke med hvitløksblodpannekaker - skal teste når du legger ut oppskrift på bloggen din :)
